Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple account used for the purchase, then open the app settings and tap “Restore purchases”. The subscription is tied to your Apple account: it is automatically available on all your devices.

• Check that the app is allowed to access your location (iOS Settings → Privacy → Location Services).
• Check the calculation method selected in the app settings: depending on your country, a different method may be more appropriate.

• Check that notifications are allowed: iOS Settings → Notifications → Islamobile.
• Check that a Focus mode (Do Not Disturb) is not hiding them.
• Open the app from time to time: iOS may limit notifications from apps unused for a long while.

• Downloading recitations requires an Internet connection; once downloaded, they are available offline.
• Check the available storage space on your device.
• If the problem persists, close and reopen the app, or try again later.

By subscribing to Premium from within the app: ads are disabled for the entire duration of the subscription, and additional content is unlocked.

Directly from the app: Settings → “Report an issue or suggest”. Pick the subject, describe the problem or your suggestion (for a bug, include the steps to reproduce it) and send — every report helps us improve the app.
